My Order
How do I track my order?
- Tracking your order is easy! Go to our track order page, input your order number and email and receive your tracking information. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.
Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to edit or cancel your order, but this isn't guaranteed.
If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to edit your order.
If you want to change your order, contact us at Support@HaiLucky.com with your order number, and we will try and amend it for you.
My order is lost, what do I do?
- If you think your order may be lost and it has exceeded the shipping timeframe, please reach out to the courier delivering your order as they may have more information. Your order may be at the local post office awaiting pick up. If you're unable to locate your order, please reach out to us at Support@HaiLucky.com.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received?

If your tracking information says it's delivered but you haven't received, please have a look to see if the courier has left it in a safe place around your property. You could also ask who you live with and your neighbors if they have received a parcel.
If your parcel is still not found, please contact your courier to see if there was an error with your delivery. If your courier cannot locate the parcel, please reach out to us at Support@HaiLucky.com and we will be happy to help as much as possible to locate your missing parcel.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
- In the footer of every email, there will be an unsubscribe button. Click the link and confirm that you would like to unsubscribe. We’ll miss you, though!

Shipping Information
- Please see the shipping information for your country below. We offer free shipping on all orders that are eligible! Please note these are only estimates, orders may arrive before the expected time frame. Orders may also take longer due to a delay with the courier service or a customs hold. If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to look into your order.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
- Please contact Support@HaiLucky.com as soon as possible. There is a small window after ordering where we may be able to edit your order. If it has already been processed or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately we are unable to make changes.
How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 30 days of delivery.
To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.
All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
To arrange a return please contact us at Support@HaiLucky.com with your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will email back with instructions on how to return the item.
Please allow up to 21 working days for action of your return.
Note: We will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any shipping fees. For more information on returns, go to our return policy.
When will I receive my refund?

Your funds will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout (Credit card, Paypal etc). Depending on your bank, that may take 3 to 5 business days (this is up to the card's bank and out of our control).
